We require a full work history. Please fill in all the required fields. 

Please note, if there are dates - gaps that you were unemployed, these are to be filled in as such, also describe activities like i.e. volunteering, studying withing the gaps of no work history, if you have been doing other activities, these should be disclosed to better understand the gaps of employment.
